Context & challenge

The convergence of livestreaming and long-form video was changing production, interaction and commercial pathways; the team set out to test its audience value

The topic spanned content, audience behaviour and economics, requiring broad trends to be translated into testable questions

Content value and interaction are connected: stronger content raises satisfaction, which in turn shapes loyalty and emotional commitment
