01

Context & challenge

At Hubei Media Group's international communication centre, the brief was to introduce local food culture through lived experience rather than exposition

The story needed to retain local specificity while remaining immediately legible to viewers unfamiliar with Hubei cuisine

02

Key insight

Questions, reactions and conversation made cultural explanation emerge naturally from the experience

03

Process

  1. 01

Framed the story around a first-person encounter with Hubei food

  2. 02

Invited a French student and translated cultural context into filmable prompts and moments

  3. 03

Coordinated script, field production and edit while keeping bilingual information and character rhythm clear

The finished film carries local culture through character and experience, suitable for OPEN HUBEI's international-facing channels

Full-film links are being prepared; available for interviews

If you need someone who can carry strategythrough to the final framelet's talk

Currently seeking internships in Hong Kong; open to graduate roles across Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area
